I've had this monitor for almost a year now and am still satisfied with it's performance. I bought the unit along with a regular size cuff so both my wife and I could use it. After almost a year, the monitor started throwing error codes and would pump and release the cuff and pump again. Suspecting the cuff was the problem, I switched to the regular cuff, which barely fits my arm, and the unit has not failed again. Apparently, over the last year I lost enough weight to make the XL cuff too big for accurate readings. Fortunately, extra cuffs are not expensive and it's easy to switch from one to another. I always use this unit with the AC adaptor that is included, so I cannot comment on battery life. I would recommend this monitor for anyone who needs to track their BP readings at home.
